HALO. Barrier Serum
Concept project
A self-directed concept by theoddtail, built to show how we turn one idea into a complete brand look.
A skincare brand stripped to clarity, floated into light and water, imagery clean enough to sell the feeling before the label.
(Research)
We start from the brand's one true idea, here, a clean skin barrier, and build a visual language around it: colour world, lighting rule, packaging form, prop discipline. The look is decided before anything is generated, so the set feels directed, not stumbled into.
(Experiment)
Then we push the product into scenes a physical shoot could never stage cheaply: a frosted bottle suspended in open cyan sky, daisies and droplets frozen mid-air, hard clean light. Weightless, clinical, unmistakably one brand.
